If you’ve purchased a non-personalised item and you wish to return it you have 7 days to notify us to request an exchange or refund.
If you have purchased a personalised item, please note that the hand stamping process is not perfect. Minor imperfections are all part of the character of our pieces, and therefore we cannot guarantee letters will line up perfectly or be stamped exactly the same. Please also note that you are responsible for ensuring that you provide us with the correct text or other details for personalised or bespoke items, and we cannot be responsible for any errors in the details you provide to us. You will not be entitled to cancel the Contract or receive a refund or replacement where the details you have provided to us are incorrect.
